At times when I turned on the laptop, or restarted it, or recovered it from sleep mode, the wireless was turned off by itself. I had to click "troubleshoot" and after detecting problems, it showed that "A network cable is not properly plugged in or may be broken". Then the problem would be fixed. It happens more and more frequently. I tried to call Lenovo customer service 800-426-7378 but every time it was disconnected showing "no answer"!!! Now I am considering BBB Lenovo.
