Thinkpad T520 Windows XP missing display drivers

I have a Thinkpad T520 with Windows XP on it but I'm having problems with the display drivers. None of the WinXP drivers on the  drivers page (4243) seem to work on this laptop. I tried the intel site and in stalled the HD graphics 300 but it only installs one of the devices. I have the laptop on the a docking station and I can not get the second display to work.

Re: Thinkpad T520 Windows XP missing display drivers

Hi Colonel,

Thank you for replying us back.

If the system is shipped with graphic card, then you can install the Nvidia graphic driver.

Click here to download Nvidia graphic driver for Windows XP Operating System.

Hope this helps. Do post back if issue persists!

Best regards,

Hemanth Kumar

Great, thanks for the replies. I give those drivers a try. A far as I know it doesn't have an optimum videocard.

Re: Thinkpad T520 Windows XP missing display drivers

If you have NVIDIA on the T520, you have Optimus. XP doesn't support Optimus, so you'll have to set it to Discrete only in BIOS.
