Undock T420s from Mini Dock Plus Series 3

[ Edited ]

Hi,

I just received my T420s running on W7 Pro 64bits and the mini dock plus series 3.

I'm wondering how can I undock it while the notebook in on...

I don't see the option to correctly undock the notebook on W7...

I can see in the documentation that HOT/WARM DOCKING is YES form this docking station...

Does a special software need to be installed?

Thx for your help

Best regards,

Mathieu

I have a Y2P (i5) ... Feel free to ping me if you want me to test some applications with your Y2P if you have the same model. I don't mind keep doing recovery on it if needed .... =)

Re: Undock T420s from Mini Dock Plus Series 3

The idea of hot dock is that when you press the eject button on the dock, it will automatically disconnect the connection and allow you to undock.
