I have tried unsuccessfully to upgrade a T430 to Windows 10 (from 7). On doing so, I have no LAN and no wi-fi. The WLAN card is a Centrino N6205. The T430's diagnosis is that the WLAN driver is at fault but I have installed the recommended driver from the Lenovo site. Any suggestions?

I'm planning to try to do this in the next few months.
Have you been able to search for drivers on Windows Update?
If you're stuck in a catch 22 where you can't get internet access to search Windows Update try a wired connection using a USB to ethernet adapter in one of the T430's USB ports.
Also don't forget you may find suitable drivers, at least to get you going, on Intel's website too.
