This is a new machine (to me). It is a T-500 2242CTO with an Intel WiFi Link 5100 AGN card and a fresh install of Windows 7 64-bit. I successfully VPN using Ethernet from this machine and wirelessly from other machines in my home network. However, wireless VPN connectivity from this machine fails 100% of the time. Current drivers and updates are installed. I am using the Windows VPN client and receive the following message:
Error 800: The remote connection was not made because the attempted VPN tunnels failed.
I turned on logging and found no useful information, to me, in the mounds of data generated. I've also un-installed the wireless driver, re-installed it, un-installed Lenovo Access Connections and the same error continues.
Has anyone encountered this issue or have suggested fixes?
