"Good" means it is unlikely to completely fail very soon. The electronics indicate that the cells are all working. However, battery cells have a limited life and they slowly deteriorate as they are used and recharged over and over. It is just wearing out. The reset is unlikely to help. The "fix" is to replace it. Be sure you get one that is designed for the T430/T530/W530. The earlier ones (T420, etc.) are the same size, but they won't work. Avoid aftermarket ones. I think they are junk.
