Wireless connection is not working

So i have a brand new ThinkPad, i think 500.  My internet connection was working just fine, until yesterday when it randomly stopped working.  I tried the basics shutting the computer on and off and trying to "repair" it. Its not the location either because my iPod touch works just fine. I don't think the problem is in the router becase i can connect by plugging the ethernet cable to the router and my laptop.  Also i ran a ipconfig test and when i wasn't using the ethernet cable it came up as th IP routing wasn't enabled.  I was wondering if there is anything i can do?

In case this might help here's my ipconfig thing:
