When you re-installed Windows 8.1, did you just reset to the factory state (preload) or did you do a fresh install ?
If this was a fresh install rather than reset of the preload, you may need to reinstall the Lenovo specific drivers for support. I'm not aware of this feature, so I can't say with certainty if you are missing an app, or just need the Lenovo touchpad driver.
To update the drivers, I would download and run System Update from the Lenovo site if it is not already on your system.
What was specfic about how the Lenovo version previously worked? If you can tell us more, maybe the community can help figure this out.

thanks for the replies.
Windows 8.1 was fresh installed, the lenovo tackpad handwriting function works previsouly which i can write on the trackpad by selecting the lanuage typing option on the right bottom cornor of the tool bar. Now i can only use the window's handwriting function instead of lenovo one by using a mouse write on a virtual onscreen cursor.
i tried to enable the function by stting the lanuage option but it is not on the list, the rest of the tackpad funtcion works well.
I believe this is one of the signature feature of the trackpad, and i would be really appreciated all the effort the community have done.
