how to remove completely Safely remove hardware and eject media" icon

firstly i can remove that icon, as long as i left/right click it then i click Eject-HL-DT ST DVDRAM GT50N, but after the laptop restarting, it will show up again, I want to make is diasppear completely. How can help me ?

You can't
As long as its installed or any device. Eject it again and physically remove it. Only then will it not be listed or shown. Because its not there.

OK, but the thing is since i got the laptop there's no that icon on the desktop right corner, and last time, I reinstalled my system myself (win7 ultimate), then I installed the patch, and now there's no yellowexclamation mark showing up and i use software check it , it's fine, so i'm confused, i don't want to see that icon, i don't want to hide it either.

This is a hardware thread anyway and it sound like a software issue. You might want to see if there is a software thread in the community on this.

I have re read the post and don't understand what you're typing anyway.

You can't remove it, but, in Win 7 you can HIDE it.   Right click on TaskBar and go Properties.  Then select Customize, and  you'll see all the choices.
