I've had my t460s for a few days now and the screen keeps freezing. I have
even updated the system/drivers (especially display drivers) according to the Lenovo software on the computer.
Still, the screen freezes frequently
I even tried resetting the laptop to factory settings and it froze within an hour of
the reset. I installed no additional software during this time.
What is going on?

What operating system? What software are you running when it freezes.

I'm running Windows 10. The computer has froze while running a variety of software
so I don't think one particular program is the culprit. It has even froze at the desktop
screen with no major programs running.

Do you recall if McAfee was installed when you received the T460s? If so, what procedure was used to remove it?
Are you able to run in Safe Mode without freezing?
