set ricoh sd card reader default policy to better performance T420?

2012-05-22, 21:33 PM

the title says it all.

i want my sd card reader to default to better performance, not quick removal. the default windows 7 sd card driver has this setting - but the defualt driver does not recognize the ricoh device. the ricoh driver somehow sets the defualt policy to quick removal. this significantly affects performance for sd cards.

any suggestions?

windows 7 pro x86, t420 type 4236.

thanks

george h

I have yet to check mine but I am interesting in a performance setting since transfer rate is what its all about.

I am using 64bit which may be different.
