Mozilla firefox has always been my favorite browser for the past 5 years, but after years of a very stable product, this year alone they have issued so many major version releases that I've been forced to stop using it. We started the year with version 3.x, then when version 4 was released, it forced all the publishers of add-ons and extensions to duplicate their work because each major version new version renders previous extensions incompatible. Then within weeks version 5 was released, then version 6, version 7, and now version 8... so I suggest if this new version is crashing your otherwise stable nVidia drivers, that you revert back to a more stable version of firefox. Or perhaps look at Google Chrome browser.

Hello,

Mozilla Firefox is at v9.0.1 today.  You may want to try that version and see if it makes a difference.
