Does anyone know how to switch of the message regarding "not genuine lenovo battery"? It will be nice to hide black triangle with (!) from status bar as well.

Not sure. I had only one option in Ukraine for purchasing 9 cells battery for z61m. As far as I can remember, I was told that it's Sanyo battery but it looks different that my original 6 cells battery (doesn't have yellow sticker with bar code on it etc.).
But anyway, I have to live with the battery and that annoying message is not what users like to

It's funny, but my battery says (via Lenovo Power Manager) that it's manufactor's name is Sanyo, but it doesn't look like original one.
Is it possible? Does Sanyo has "not a genuine battery" or it's just a fake one?

if it doesn't have the typical markings of an original then it's probably an aftermarket battery. without seeing a photo of your exact battery, it's difficult to say.
sanyo doesn't make aftermarket batteries but an aftermarket battery could use sanyo cells. the issue is less with the cells and more with the circuit board used since that's what controls the battery itself. a faulty or poorly-made battery could cause issues later on, which is why lenovo recommends against using anything but genuine batteries.
lenovo power manager software is responsible for the pop-up message you're seeing. your only option in preventing the message would be to uninstall power manager. if you do, be sure to leave the power management driver installed as your system needs this.
