BSOD is back with parity check/memory parity error

At least I can now access the web site (refer to earlier problem):  http://forums.lenovo.com/lnv/board/message?board.id=Z_Series_Thinkpads&thread.id=660

However, now every few days, my system hangs with a BSOD parity check/memory parity error.  (Don't you just love when the symptoms change?)

Wireless driver is now current.

Multiple PC Doctor runs do not find any memory errors.

CA virus and spyware checks are fine.

I've not changed out the BIOS (looks daunting at best).

My question is more along the lines of what can cause this type of BSOD message and is it telling me anything of significance or should I just plan on it every so often.  It only seems to occur when I am on the 'net and cannot be intentionally triggered.

TIA.

Chris
