Symptoms

 

The user may see any of the following symptoms:
- System Hang with an Error Message
- Blue Screen, Windows may stop responding with an error message
- The system may auto restart just after an error message

Diagnosis

Isolated to some versions of the Intel graphics driver prior ot 6.14.10.5218

Solution

Update the Intel Display Driver to the latest version on Lenovo's support site www.lenovo.com/support

 

Please ensure the version is 6.14.10.5218 or later.
