Hinge Problem

It seems that my right hinge is "stuck" on my z60m. The only way I can move it is to use a pair of pliers...  I noticed the problem because the plastic that the hinge screws into ripped off of the LCD top.  The hinge is still screwed in to the plastic but completely seperated from the LCD.

I don't think buying new hinges will solver the problem because the plastic is ripped off of the LCD as well as the bezel.

Would super glue and some grease fix the issue?  I am worried about contaminating electronics with grease (creep based thought).

Re: Hinge Problem

Can you post a picture of the damage that has occurred? You would probably need something more substantial than superglue to get the casing to stick together.

There are second hand Z60m casing available on ebay.
