remember the old thinkpad random shutdowns upon heavy grpahics usage? its baccckkkkkkk. Here is a stinker I sent to IBM

For more than a month I have been working with IBM to try getting my notebook
fixed. Twice it has been sent to the depot with no success. Dealing with tech
support is not helpful either; while they are polite and relatively easy to
understand, they give me, at times, blatantly wrong advice. My problem has been
escalated to level 2 which it SHOULD have been done in the first place. The
problem is described on the lenovo website, the remedy posted on the SAME
website, but the technicians seem to be unable to fix it! For the last week I
