I bought Lenovo....please..someone...just shoot me.

remember the old thinkpad random shutdowns upon heavy grpahics usage? its baccckkkkkkk. Here is a stinker I sent to IBM

Message: Machine: thinkpad t61p, model 6459, Serial xxxxxxxxxxxx
For more than a month I have been working with IBM to try getting my notebook
fixed. Twice it has been sent to the depot with no success. Dealing with tech
support is not helpful either; while they are polite and relatively easy to
understand, they give me, at times, blatantly wrong advice. My problem has been
escalated to level 2 which it SHOULD have been done in the first place. The
problem is described on the lenovo website, the remedy posted on the SAME
website, but the technicians seem to be unable to fix it! For the last week I
have been waiting for a box from IBM to deliver the machine back, yet again, for
repairs.
Could someone please look into this! While Im merely a student and not an 7
digit executive, is there any hint of decency left at IBM? The worst decision I
have ever made is purchasing a thinkpad.
