T30, F11 recovery function stop working

T30, my F11 recovery function seems stop working. (it was working fine before) 
checked disk management, the IBM_SERVICE partition still shows up there. how can i recover it or how can i get a recovery CD for my system?

Welcome to the forum!
 
Have you checked whether the F11 function is enabled in BIOS, you might have accidentally disabled it...

did check that but BIOS F11 prompt option is grayed out.
and i tried the fix using BMGR.EXE found on your support page but it need floppy drive to support which T30 don't have. any other way to recovery it?
