Warm Greetings & welcome to Lenovo Community, happy to have you here.
As I understand that you have query regarding System board for ThinkPad T60
I have a Lenovo T60 Thinkpad 15 inch screen. Do both the 14 and 15 inch screeen models use the same motherboard.
I hope the above information helped you.

If it is the tall 15" model (not the wide-screen model). it uses the same motherboard as the tall 14.1" model. The 15" ones add a little card called an interposer to extend the HDD and ultrabay connectors to fit the larger case. The wide-screen models (types 6369, 6370, 6371, 6372, 8741, 8742, 8743, and 8744) use a different motherboard.

I know this is an old thread but I salvaged two T60's from the heap and put linux on them. One is a T60/1951, other T60/2007 which I upgraded the cpu from another machine to a T7400 (64 bit). This latter machine recently gave the belly up 0177 Bad SVP data for which searching showed there's no solution except replace the system board (seemed to happen when I tried to upgrade the memory to 3G--other already had 3G). The 2007 has the "bigger" 15" screen (plus bluetooth) and from the links provided, seems I cannot steal the system board from the other to put in this one which I would have preferred for playing around with.
My question, when I go to the link:
I see the 2007 listed several times with several different video processors (ATI Mobility, ATI Fire, etc...). If I should find another machine headed for the heap yard (in worse condition say with busted screen), do I have to find a system board matching the one in the machine that now has problems or will any in the parts list for a 2007 work? That is, does the video display in a T60/2007 have to be paired with a specific system board or will any of these drive the video display--granted with a slightly different speed/etc.
