Hi, i have a Thinkpad T60 with dual boot Xubuntu 14.04 32bit and Windows 7 SP1 32bit.
I have the same problem with all S.O., and i think it's an hardware problem.
Randomply, the left button of trackpad don't work and it remains locked push!
It's a big problem, because when this occours, the T60 isn't usable! Touchpad don't responding and if i use an usb mouse, it is as if you are pushing left key in continuation.
If i rebot PC some times, it's work ok!
Can you help me?

Just to confirm, this occurs under both Xubuntu and Windows 7?
If so, I would say carefully disconnect and reconnect the touchpad/keyboard assembly to verify it is not a connection problem, and if the problem still continues, to replace it with a new assembly.

I confirm, the problem occurs under xubuntu and under Windows 7.
I trust to open my T60 and remove the touchpad and the keyboard!
I cleaned the contacts with alcohol, and with compressed air.
I just restart the PC and threre is the same problem.
I tried to power on my PC only with keyboard and without the touchpad, it's boot correctly, but there is the same problem.
I must replace the keyboard? How can i test that it isn't a mainboard problem?

I'm not aware of any way to test the mainboard. You could try contacting Lenovo support in your country directly by phone. They may be aware of some way to test it.
