I took back the empty bottles, so I had enough money for a HDD, DVD RAM and battery for my T60. Smiley Wink The battery is not genuine, so it will be interesting...More to come, I will keep you updated.

This week I got the DVD for my T60, today I received a new 320Gb 7200 RPM HDD. I installed Win 7 Pro, it went smoothly.

I was able to replace the old HDD, install Win 7, SP1, AV software and System Update in 2.5 hours.

Today I received the new battery for my T60, so it seems I am at the end of my upgrade project. I added 2 Gb RAM, replaced HDD, CPU, DVD-ROM and battery. Budget inculding shipping costs, USD:

 

2 GB RAM: 24.88

T7200 CPU: 43

HDD 320 Gb, 7200 RPM: 104

DVD RAM: 30

9 cell battery: 44

 

Total: 245.88 USD
