I'm trying to run the Zero Editor
This software not run with OpenGL .
Can I switch to another video driver using Windows 7 and how?
Directx or Direct3D

Could you please post the full 7-character model number of that T61, located on the same sticker that holds the serial and the production date on the bottom of the laptop?
What OS are you running?

Your machine has the Intel X3100 display adapter, and as far as I know, it only supports OpenGL 1.5 extensions in Windows, but it supports 2.1 in Linux.
Do you have the Lenovo drivers, the Windows drivers or did you get the drivers from Intel?

Yes, the Intel X3100 is an integrated (onboard) graphic chip on a Mobile Intel 965GM chipset, so the links to the drivers I posted are the right ones, and the latest ones for it too, excluding, if I remember correctly, the base drivers that come with Windows 8.
But, the limitations still remain, the X3100 does not, as far as I have read, support OpenGL extensions higher than 1.5.
Wether Zero Editor can be changed to run in DirectX, I do not know.
