T61 Vista Error: "Can't find ACPI ATK0100 kernel Mode Driver"

2009-02-24, 20:23 PM

Hi,

today I upgraded my T61 from XP Pro to Vista Business. Everything works fine, except "Can't find ACPI ATK0100 kernel Mode Driver" Windows Error on every Reboot. On accepting (OK button), the system performs properly, so that I can't take a notice of any malfunction.

I tried everything till now: windows updates, ThinkCenter updates, even manual re-intallation of power management driver.

What could I do now?  Such messages on start up are really annoying. How can I get this message dissapear permanently?

I have the very same problem. Were you able to find a solution to this error?
