T61p and Vista 32 - Blue screen when undocking

My daughter has a T61p (8891CTO) with the advanced port replicator (not dock). The computer has started to lock up and blue screen intermittently when hot undocking (using the correct procedures). No Turbo memory, no 3D apps.  I've seen posts on this with XP but not with Vista. Any ideas?

Hi Maliha:

Thanks for this.  I remember this issue and the fix for it now that you remind me.  I just called Tech support and they are going to send me the little rubber insulators.  Hopefully, that will solve the problem!
