Hello Nam
In this case, you need to replace a new main-board.
I am from VN (HCM) too, and I already replaced a new main-board for my T61P last year by Lenovo Service Center , but now it dead again.
If you can replace a new mainboard with support from MARK_LENOVO, please take care the information on NVIDIA GPU, make sure GPU did not produced before 8/2008, because almost GPUs for T61P that produced before 8/2008 are bad
I recall seeing messages posted by T61 and T61p owners on other forums claiming that many ThinkPad owners located in Asia (China primarily) have discovered the "bad" pre-late July/Aug 2008 Nvidia chip on their replacement mainboards by contract Lenovo Service Centers on warranty work done as recently as one year ago. They theorized that China and other parts of Asia may have been a dumping ground for old-stock mainboards with the bad Nvidia chips while western nations got the good stuff. If true, that would have been shameful, as it should have been the other way around especially since Lenovo is a Chinese company. Note that I am only repeating what I have read and have no proof one way or the other.

Many owners of T61p in China who had their machine's mainboard replaced in 2009 are experiencing the same GPU failure problem these days. The replaced mainboard could barely survive the first two years. Anyone who understands Chinese can refer to this post in a Chinese forum of thinkpad:
http://51nb.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=934512&hi
The post tried to figure out whether the replaced GPU were "modified" or not. And several people's T61p have already experienced a second death due to the faulty G84/G86 GPU which were manafactured in 2007 and early 2008. I'm now 100% sure to say that Lenovo actually used the same faulty chips to fool Chinese customers even long after Nvidia had admitted the issue. As a Chinese, I feel shameful for a so-called "Chinese Company". I feeled jealous when I saw people in the USA enjoyed first-class treatment after their machine went down and "luckily“got a brand new Nvidia GPU that were free of the notorious issue.
I would never ever buy a thinkpad machine produced by Lenovo until it treats its cutomers fairly especially those in China.

BTW, my T61p's GPU information is as follows:
U803C806 0813A2
S TAIWAN
PA0007 M0W
G84-950-A2
The bad GPU is just like a ticking bomb, no idea when will it die again.

Thanks for your T61p GPU info ..... I believe the "fixed" Nvidia GPUs on the T61p will be marked with G84-951-A2 plus a date code of 0828A2 or later (mid-July 2008). The fresh GPU for my repaired T61 now reads G86-741-A2 with a date code of 1030A2 (very-late July 2010). My old GPU from my repaired T61 had G86-740-A2 and was dated 0723A2 (early June 2007). I'm going to sell it on eBay now that it has been fixed and still has over two months left of Lenovo On-Site warranty with ThinkPad Damage Protection. My two T61p units which already have the "fixed" Nvidia GPU plus 15 months of warranty remaining are all I need for the next year.

I have a T61p with the 3 Beeps.
The Board was replaced under warranty in August 2010 for the same errorcode. I am out of warranty now, but disassembling my Thinkpad revealed the board they used for replacement was a "Serviable Used Part" with a G84-950-A2 with Date Code 0802A2.
I posted the same story here:
I also PMed Mark with this. Let's hope this will get resolved

Welcome to the Forum Dummvogel ..... Just to clarify, the date code and numbers you posted are from the Nivida GPU soldered onto your replacement mainboard.
What contract Lenovo Service Center in Europe performed your previous warranty repair for the MIGR-75087 issue?
They should be ashamed of themselves.

****Updated New Post
Hello Mark_lenovo ,
Please help. My 3 year warrenty just expired this month and my T61 is having the nvidia video issue. Case number (not necessary anymore) . They are denieing helping me even though it just expired for a well known issue. Please please help me I just don't have the money to buy another laptop. The video went garbled and now it turns on with no video. The beeps aren't there making this harder but it always ran super hot.
