ThinkPad T30 - Intel WiFi card and unknown card?

2008-09-18, 22:34 PM

Hi. I have a different t30 question. I opened the wifi card slot, and found 2 things.

1. An intel wifi card

2. A orangish card secured by 2 screws, with a power cable connected to it. I switched the cable to power the wifi card, but what was it originally connected to?

Thanks in advance!

Are there any P/N or FRU numbers on that orange card? My guess would be that it's either LAN or modem card, possibly modem/BT combo, but it's impossible to say without some numbers...
Cheers,

George
