We've been experiencing problems conducting updates via TVSU: "The Package Index Server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Walked through the troubleshooting steps to ensure this wasn't on our end & then contacted tech support for confirmation that this is a Lenovo issue.
Was informed that server maintenance would cause outages until approx. 2:00PM ET (US), but still have issues almost an hour after.
I continue to get this error despite all my attempts to resolve this. I have opened my firewall for ports 443 and 80 for the lenovo update program. It keeps giving me this message after 34% everytime "The Package Index Server is temporarily unavailable".
