Is the recovery partition intact?

Re: Thinkvantage button does not work

The thinkvantage button will only work with the factory OS install (with an intact recovery partition).

Re: Thinkvantage button does not work

It doesn't have to be a factory OS install; I've upgraded from Vista to 7, and R&R works.

Re: Thinkvantage button does not work

Sorry, should have been more sopecific - it has to have A factory OS install. The Win 7 you used was a set of Lenovo Win 7 recovery CDs?
