Touchpad on ThinkPad A475 is making my screen go black

Basically what the title says. This is a new laptop that I got a few months ago and am just now getting around to really using it. Basically, this problem wasn't there before, but now it is.

If I use two fingers to scroll up or down with the touchpad, it will make my screen go black until I move the screen agin with the touchpad.

1 finger seems to be fine and causes no problems. Has anyone else had this problem? I've tried a few different "fixes" from gogle searches, but nothing has worked.

If anone has any insight, that would be amazing because this is very annoying. I need to be able to scroll/ do anything involving the touchpad with two fingers.

Thank you,

-a confused person
