I have a thinkpad T60p which experiences repeatable NMI memory parity errors resulting in a BSOD.
All I have to do is move the laptop a little.
I sent in my laptop to Lenovo earlier, and they identified it to be a faulty motherboard, which has now been replaced.
However, this has not fixed my problem.
I've read the other posts on this forum and tried implementing their suggestions. While some folks fixed this by rolling back their ATI drivers for the FireGL video card, this doesn't work for me.
I've tried reseating the RAM.
Also, I ran mem tester, and the DIMMs (two sticks) seem fine. I tried booting one stick at a time, interchanged the DIMMs in their slots, and it doesn't seem to change anything.
I plan to send the laptop back for service, but I'd like to narrow down the component at fault before I do.
Can you please help?
