Al, I sent you a PM with more information, but basically getting a setup disc can be tricky. You do legally own it, but microsoft won't lift a finger to get you the disc, and anyone selling your a disc without a COA along with it risks the wrath of the richest company in the world that has lawyers just itching to make someone's life miserable, so you aren't likely going to find a disc without a coa. 


In my message one solution I suggested was buying a disc with COA, keeping a copy and selling it on a website like Craigslist. That would be completely legal, and you may even make a few dollars in the process...   you never know.
