TPT2 Auto Rotate not workable...

Clean Image Recovered System.

Auto Rotate doesn't work!

Use win8 mobile center to turn to vertical, then press "rotate lock" button, screen now turns to horizontal.

Any software/driver to fix it, or need hardware service?

Hi, ZCH

 

This may be due to a sensor not being enabled. Swipe out the Charms Bar  from the right side of the screen and open Search, and then type Device Manager into the box and select Settings. Select Device Manager from the list. When the window pops up, select the Sensors tree. What are the options that you have underneath this tree?

Sorry the device manager is in Chinese, but you can see the sensors tree: only Broadcom GNSS...

Thanks for the screenshot; it really helps. Has your Tablet ever had the ability to auto rotate as it should? If so, when did this stop working? Also, you say in your first post that it has a "Clean image recovered system." Which method did you use of recovering the Tablet?

Same problem here, only the GPS sensor is left. Tried both Windows resets. No Change :smileymad: Dont know what to do, think i have to call support.

Hi! Same problem with Lenovo Helix. When I first bought it, both the auto-rotate feature and the auto-rotate on/off button worked. I turned the auto-rotate feature off using the button. Now, after a series of Windows and Lenovo driver updates, the button and the auto-rotate feature no longer work. How can I enable the auto-rotate feature again? Thanks.
