I recently bought a refurbished Thinkpad 8 and I can't manage to set it up.
I tried first to install Windows 10, and the touchscreen didn't work, a bunch of drivers were missing, including the WLAN driver which I couldn't install (the official Lenovo driver), and also I couldn't see any battery status.
After this I tried Windows 8.1, same problems repeated there, but after I installed all the available drivers from Lenovo's website, the mouse doesn't work anymore.
So at the moment the only controls that work are the power and volume buttons.
Can you please help me with advice regarding how to set-up this tablet?
Thank you in advance.
(If any additional informations are needed, I will gladly provide them)

I would appreciate a lot if you could send those drivers to me, maybe they will help.
I already used an OTG usb cable for when I installed the OS. Since posting my problem I have installed Linux Mint and Ubuntu too, but with no help. I hope your drivers will help me.
If not, my next stop is an authorised service.

I'm still trying to install the 32 bit Windows, but it dosesn't want to boot from the usb for this specific version.
I installed the 64 bit before this and there, the drivers didn't help much, unfortunately.

I'm digging up the drivers for you.
This is the Intel Atom chipset driver, but from the HP site. The stream 8 uses an Atom chip as well. The chipset driver has a number of drivers rolled into to to fix many things. These drivers are 32bit.
