CPU Core Parking tool w520

Not sure if I've seen any threads on CPU core parking around here, sure there are, anyway this looked useful for those that want to turn core parking off using a tool instead of making your own registry edits. I have not tried it, but it looks handy so I thought I'd post it :-)
