Photoshop crash in Optimus mode solved

Just want to inform that my problem considering Photoshop crashing while using Nvidia GPU in Optimus mode is solved.

Problem went away after installing new Nvidia Verde 295.73 driver. I am very happy for this!!! :-)

I hope that someone else having the same issue will benefit this information.

Regards

Re: Photoshop crash in Optimus mode solved

Thanks for updating the community on the findings which you have made. Maybe you can give us more insight on the crash message, photoshop version and which model of ThinkPad W series were you using? W520 I presume?

I have a Y2P (i5) ... Feel free to ping me if you want me to test some applications with your Y2P if you have the same model. I don't mind keep doing recovery on it if needed .... =)

Re: Photoshop crash in Optimus mode solved

My system is w520 with Quadro 1000m. Photoshop CS5.1. Problem was the same in 64 and 32bit editions.

Photoshop just stopped working when it was launched.

When I run program again it said that there is some sort of conflict between Photoshop and graphics driver.

During this event photoshop has taken hardware acceleration of. Issue occurred almost every time when Photoshop was launched.
