131e Card Reader Driver Blocked?

I have been having a really hard time trying to get my card reader to work. The driver from Windows update does not work, and the one I downloaded from the Lenovo website from 2020 also does not work. When I install Lenovo's driver it says that the driver has been blocked because it is known to have problems? Rolling back does not work either. Any suggestions?

 

I also have other missing drivers too, Windows update can not find them and I downloaded every driver from the product support page and extracted them all into a folder. Ran a manual driver update pointed to the folder but it found nothing for all 3 unknown devices. This is the Intel i3 version by the way.

Hello,

 

I do not have a ThinkPad X131e myself, but I noticed in the screenshot that there were three devices missing their drivers.  Perhaps having one of those installed is a prerequisite for getting the card reader to work under Windows 10?
