This morning my X1 carbon Touch Screen stopped working for no apparent reason. Everything that I can see is updated. Lenovo Chat has been a pain. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? The Screen works, the touch capability does not. I need a fix or need to know something before warranty runs out, then im outta luck

Are you saying the machine won't start, or that the touch function doesn't work?

After research, I had to go into the device menu and enable the touch capability again. I have no clue why it just unenabled all of the sudden. Anyways, it is fixed

Dont know if this will help, but I had updated my drives for WinTab and this DID NOT fix it.. I had to use an older driver ( windows 7 driver) for my X1 Yoga Windows 10 computer. This lapotp's touch screen did not work right out of the box. Touch Screen would work during the start up, but once in Windows, it quit. Lenovo, you need to get this right.. Hardware needs to have the correct drives..
