8GB, Window 7 on X200

Hi,

I am running window 7 RC 64bit on X200 (model 7459, RE4) with 4GB DDR3 Ram (2x2GB).

I want to to replace the 2 slot of Ram to 4GB each so i would have 8GB.

Just wondering whether the board will be able to recognize the 4GB Ram?

I have read through the spec but could not find anything on the max ram per slot?

Can admin or anyone help?

the montenvia chipset of the X200 should be handle 16 gig of DDR3 SODIMM.... so 8 gigs should be no problem.
