Available Full HD display replacement for x220

Hello everyone,

are there suitable full hd displays for x220 maybe from upcoming x240?

I found only one thread with successful replacement: someone used Dell XPS 12 display.

Thanks.

the X220 display uses LVDS, and X240 uses eDP.

It's ok, Dell's display also has eDP interface. Looks like successful replacement proves that x220's motherboard has needed connectors.

My understanding is that BIOS mod is also required, and I don't believe that any links to it were made public so far...
