Battery 1 : No battery has been detected. Reinstall or recharge the battery to solve the issue.
That's what I'm constantly getting while using the laptop. The message has been appearing since two weeks or so and I don't know what to do.
Battery 1 is not detected by the laptop when I insert the battery number 2:
But if I remove battery number 2, battery number 1 works properly.
I tried to hard reset the battery, uninstall the battery drivers and restart the laptop, last but not least update all the updatable, but nothing has solved the issue.

Hi SRandom! Welcome to our forums community. Can you translate the exact message for us? Was there any recent changes or any updates installed before the issue arise? Try running the update through the Vantage app. Install all available updates.
