Battery at 79%, but laptop dies if not plugged in!

2020-10-11, 22:55 PM

A repair man changed keyboard on my laptop the other day.

All seemed fine, but now I notice that if I unplug the power the laptop looses power/"dies" immediately.

And it won't turn on unless plugged in.

I read somewhere about holding the power button for 20 seconds but that didn't do anything.

When plugged in the battery seems fine and is charging and currently at 79%.

What should I do?

It works now. Battery connector wasn't attached properly.
