Re: Black screen on lenovo X250

Hi ABA1,

Welcome to Lenovo Community! And happy to have you here.

Have you tried to check in BIOS mode is it happening always or only when you are moving your system?

Recommended ways to enter BIOS for Think Series

I hope the above information helped you.

Please feel free to post in Lenovo Community Forums if you have any further queries!

Re: Black screen on lenovo X250

The problem is not frequent so I am not able to do this test.

We have this problem in 2 machines (one X240 and one X250). We asked to the local support of lenovo and they couldn't identify the problem.

Re: Black screen on lenovo X250

If you are comfortable opening your system then, try to refix the Memory Module - Removal steps of the memory module from the HMM of X250, page-65.

Re: Black screen on lenovo X250

I can't do it because they could not accept the guarantee then.

Re: Black screen on lenovo X250

Resetting your Memory Module will not void your warranty unless you are damaging the laptop while doing so.
