Have you tried to check in BIOS mode is it happening always or only when you are moving your system?

The problem is not frequent so I am not able to do this test.
We have this problem in 2 machines (one X240 and one X250). We asked to the local support of lenovo and they couldn't identify the problem.

If you are comfortable opening your system then, try to refix the Memory Module - Removal steps of the memory module from the HMM of X250, page-65.

Resetting your Memory Module will not void your warranty unless you are damaging the laptop while doing so.
