Bluetooth Operations Grayed Out

2016-07-31, 14:24 PM

Hello,

I have a Lenovo X1 Carbon 20BT (Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit) and recently my Bluetooth headphones stopped working.

When I go to Control Panel > Bluetooth Devices and right click my headphones to enter its services, both "Listen to Music" and "Forward VoIP Calls to Handsfree" are grayed out (see attachment).

Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas what might cause those operations to gray out? My Google searches have not been fruitful.

I can pair and use the Bluetooth headphones with other devices. I've tried removing and re-installing the headphones in Windows.

Unfortunately, this issue returned. I checked to see if KB #3161608 was reinstalled, but confirmed it is still uninstalled.

I've received the following KBs recently. Are there any reported bluetooth issues with these KBs by chance?
