I can hardly find a way to turn on/ turn off bluetooth, nor find a way to diagnos whether bluetooth is actually working in my Lenovo Carbon X1 Gen 5.
There's a bluetooth sign button on my keyboard (F10)
Whenever I press on it, the Windows notification will either slide in or slide out on the right. There's no indication whether bluetooth is turn on/ turn off/ or not working.
Please see my screenshots.
Anything I could do to fix this?

Look in the BIOS under security/I-O port access. Make sure it isn't disabled.

I fix my problem by installing new driver from https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/eg/en/downloads/ds120928
Note, it will not work immediately. I remember I need to turn on/ turn off bluetotth, restart laptop several times to make it work. (After installing the driver)

Thanks for the suggestions.
But, I tried the firmware update from device manager. Then downloaded the Bluetooth driver and installed it. Then several restarts and it worked thereafter.
