There is no such issue like yours, so that it may not caused by BT driver.

And we can't judge the problem only from your phenomena.

Would you please try to get help from Lenovo After-sales.

I have been experiencing problems with my Intel AX200 wifi card on my X1E Gen 2 as well. The literal exact same issue occurred. I swapped in my Intel 9560 card and it's worked perfectly. I think the AX200 is not properly working as of yet.
