Boot issue 3rd Gen X1 carbon

I just had the service team replace the screen on my laptop and were amazing.  The screen flicker was cleared up with the replacement, but I am having issues with laptop booting even though it is turned on.  I ran some tests and the motherboard passed everyting.  I think it might be a memory issue.  What do you guys think?

Re: Boot issue 3rd Gen X1 carbon

On the right side of the bottom of the computer, there's a little pinhole.

Unplug your computer, and hold a paperclip down there for about 30 seconds (you will feel a button).

Plug the computer back in, and boot up. Let me know if that helps.
