Very disappointedto not receive any response from Lenovo regarding this issue.
Please remember this is a community forum. While you may get the occasional response from Lenovo employees, most of the members here are not Lenovo employees, and this is a not an official support channel for Lenovo.
It sounds to me that some service is misconfigured on your machine. Probably a failed driver or system software installation. It is not immediately apparent from the error message which application/driver is the reason behind this.
Have you tried installing all updates that Lenovo Vantage finds and wants to install? I would start by installing anything it suggests to update.
