Just read the readme of the BIOS update.
After update turn the compuer on, fress F1 to enter the BIOS.
Press F9 - load defaults to intialize the BIOS and then exit the BIOS with F10 - yes and turn off the computer.
After that procedure the laptop shluld start up as fine as before the update.

Hello, and thanks for your help! Although I checked the BIOS settings before, I did as you said. But it does not help ... It takes ~ 10 minutes to get into the BIOS ...

Hi Maliha (are you a girl?) And thank you very much!
1) the upgrade did not work.
2) Disconnecting the battery has solved the problem! :o))
3) The upgrade the BIOS has fixed the SD card reader now (if you remember ...)
Thank you again!
