What is the system type/model? It looks like marks from the keyboard when the laptop was closed. Usually this is due to pressure on the lid when in a backpack or a case which is full. You might apply a screen protector which will hide the marks and prevent any more from happening on the panel surface.

Thank you for your reply.
It is X1 carbon 4th Gen (type 20 FC) model 20FCS0NC00.
Is there any way that it can be removed or you reckon only to put screen protector will help? I don't have much knowledge about it, but if a screen protector is transparent, how can it hide the marks? It seems like it will be seen through..

If the unit was purchased as a refurb from Lenovo, there should be a period to either get things repaired or returned for exchange or refund. If you can't do that, the screen protector will hide the non-reflective areas. Alternatively, you could get the panel replaced for around $300.

3M makes protectors in different sizes. I would try a major computer store for their recommendation.
