When i search in windows for bluetooth i find the application, then when i click it.. nothing happens.. it doesnt appear in my tray!
Also it is not listed in the devices.. which is worrying cause in my build specs it says Bluetooth 3.0
Anyway to get it working?
In task manager i can see the bluetooth tray application... but not in the actual taskbar?!

I went into Bios... seems like it should be under connectivity.. but its not there.. unless WImax is a name instead of bluetooth?
Nothing about bluetooth in the whole BIO setup... could it be they forgot to instal it? Even thou the bluetooth software is there... but it just doesnt show in the tray.. nor launches any windows?!
EDIT: When i tried to send a image via bluetooth i get a error message: "Bluetooth license check failed. Please make sure the device is plugged in/turned on, the device you are using is licensed for this software and that your license has not expired.

When i click Fn+F5 there is only Wireless Radios.. which is ON... no idea
There is another button to expand the menu that will show wifi and bluetooth separately. I dont remember exactly what it says, I dont have it anymore and my X220 is different.

You sir... just made me click randomly and found it...
I pressed Fn+ F5, and then click randomly below its writing and it showed the bluetooth and other wireless stuff... and ofc the bluetooth one was OFF...but WHO THE HELL designed this POOR UI? There seems to be this invincible spot at which were you click it shows more options... and there is no indication of it...
If you didnt tell me that it could expand I would never would have thought that there was more in there... holy crap

Yeah it's stupid. On my X220 it pops up and shows them both on the same screen. My X120e was the same as your X121e.
